The 3rd Annual Cheesy Chopped Championship
The 3rd annual Cheesy Chopped Championship takes place from 6PM - 9PM, right before Midnite Mongers!

This year the CCC is proud to announce the 3rd annual Cheesy Chopped Championship. Three BIPOC industry contestants will be challenged to assemble plates featuring the mystery basket contents, and their own creativity, culture, and charisma. At the end of two round, the judges will select the champion and we will all shout "Huzzah!" and rejoice!
Attendees will have access to a grazing table featuring some of the Midwest's most delicious cheeses, dairy, and charcuterie, along with some fibrous offerings to help your time at the conference run...smoothly. There will be a silent auction to help raise funds for The Cheese Culture Coalition, and a cash bar to help you loosen your wallet so you bid big!
This is an event by us, and for us. No need to code-switch. No need to be anyone other than your most authentic self. We look forward to sharing the evening with you!

We’re the NPR of the cheese world: you donate, we give you some swag! Come drop by our table for information about the CCC including how you can volunteer your time…and your monies. A light non-alcoholic refreshment will be served at the table.

2nd Annual Cheesy Chopped Championship
We’re doing it again! Building off of our 2024 event in Buffalo, this year we’re going big. The Cheesy Chopped Championship is highlighting three new BIPOC contestants and we’re offering a large grazing table featuring some favorites from California, Mexico, and a taste of Wisconsin royalty. A cash bar will be on site!
