The mission of The Cheese Culture Coalition is to promote equity and inclusion within the cheese industry by empowering BIPOC communities through education and financial support through our grant program.

BIPOC communities have limited access to the cheese and dairy industry as a whole, including education and ways to advance their careers. Allowing for more education and access through programs proposed by The Cheese Culture Coalition supports increasing the diversity of the cheese industry by directly impacting the lives of people of color through expanded opportunities. 

There are currently no other nonprofits that focus on the inclusion of BIPOC communities through open-ended funding and education brought directly to students. This is unique in that it gives individuals and students access to programs they wouldn’t otherwise have, increasing the likelihood of success. To fulfill this need, The Cheese Culture Coalition usesn open-ended grants and a youth outreach program.
