Happening during the ACS conference in Sacramento, CA this is THE event of the conference! Three contestants showcase their culture, creativity, and innovation in creating cheese plates for three illustrious judges. Each contestant has to make their plate based on a mystery basket full of products, a pantry, and two items that they bring from home. We’ll have a grazing table filled with some of the best California has to offer (and a WI showing of course), and we’ll have a cash bar with alcoholic, and n/a beverages.
